Our MOHPlus On Hold Programming System operates on solid state, digital equipment, which is not subject to the sound degradation, tape wear and maintenance requirements experienced with "endless loop" tape or CD players. Once the message is loaded, it plays electronically with no moving parts to wear out or break. Its digital flash memory maintains your production during a power failure. In the unlikely event something should malfunction, all equipment is backed by an unconditional "overnight" replacement warranty. One call to us and another unit is in your hands within forty-eight hours. That's the only maintenance involved.

Our equipment features an expanded six-minute capacity. This is not because we expect you to leave your callers on hold for six minutes, but rather to provide you with more space to communicate a greater variety of information on each production.

Our approach is to program the capacity with a series of twenty to thirty second informational segments with ten to fifteen seconds of music in between. With the MOHPlus System, you can get anywhere from seven to ten different segments, in which you can address the many varied aspects of your business. As long as a caller is not on hold for more than six-minutes, they will not hear the same information twice. If the hold time does exceed the capacity time, the messages will recycle and continue seamlessly and without interruption.

This additional programming capacity also minimizes redundancy to frequently calling customers and enables you to expose your callers, over the life of that production, to more of what you would like to communicate to them.

Contrary to what you may have previously been told, Message On Hold equipment is compatible with or without an integrated telephone system. If you do not have an integrated telephone system, inexpensive adapters are available for virtually all 2 to 4 line telephones.

Should you have a Voice-Over IP Telephone System, such as the Cisco Phone, equipment may not be necessary. We will be happy to discuss a production only arrangement with you.
