All you need to do is provide us with the information you would like included, in any form that you have it in. For example, we can work from brochures, ads you are running in other media, newspaper, magazine or trade journal articles, or internal correspondence that may have material you would like covered. We can even pull information down from your website or those of your suppliers!

You'll also find a script information questionnaire and handy script development guide on line for your convenience. Once the voice and music selections are made, your production is recorded in our state of the art, digital studios and delivered to you. The entire process takes only ten working days from initial contact to delivery. If you receive your message and are not fully satisfied with the voice, music, reading, accuracy or quality, we will immediately re-record it free of charge.

With Message On Hold Plus, you can be assured you will receive a uniformly high quality of production and punctual delivery of your messages.Clients can choose a female voice, male voice or male/female alternating segments from a variety of highly experienced, broadcast quality voices. For those clients who would like to pick their specific voice talent and cut of music rather than having us pick it for them, our music and voice talent libraries can be easily accessed on line with a password, or we can provide you with CD's containing most of our voice talents and music. We also provide specialty voices, such as Spanish language, British, Scottish, and Australian accents, kids and character voices!

Once we have your information, a copywriter will draft a script and fax or e-mail it to you for your review. You can then edit it and/or contact us to discuss any changes you would like made. When the draft is completed to your satisfaction, you may select your musical background from our extensive library of instrumental music.
